Celebrating the hidden hero behind the UK’s hidden heroes.

Cisco is the silent driving force behind the UK public sector, allowing doctors, teachers and police to do their jobs seamlessly and better. We wanted to tell their stories as authentically as possible, while making backend technology the hero in an engaging and accessible format.

We interviewed public sector professionals to see how their jobs are improved by Cisco tech. Starting with the chief of police and a senior GP, we turned their stories into the first of many animated shorts, highlighting how Cisco technology benefited their jobs, and in turn, the rest of the country.

It was a fun project involving a 55 page storyboard hand-drawn by me. Our client actually thought we intended to use my sketches for the final video. They weren’t too pleased at thought, but I took it as a compliment.
